MOQ & Sampling
Minimum order quantities, prototype sampling, size sets, and initial development.
Our standard minimum order quantity is 30 to 50 pieces per style/colourway for Sportswear and Streetwear, and 50 to 100 pieces for custom-dyed seamless Activewear sets. We actively support emerging apparel brands and capsule drops with flexible initial sampling runs.
Yes, absolutely. We always manufacture a physical pre-production sample (PPS) for your written approval before beginning bulk cutting. Sampling allows you to verify fabric hand-feel, fit grading, stitching precision, and branding placements.
Sample costs depend on garment complexity, fabric choice, and decoration methods (typically $40–$80 per piece). When you move forward with bulk production exceeding our agreed qualifying quantity, sample development fees are credited back against your bulk order invoice.
Initial prototype samples take 7 to 10 business days once the tech pack, fabric selection, and artwork are approved. Revision samples typically require only 4 to 6 business days.
Yes, we recommend ordering a full size run (e.g. S, M, L, XL, 2XL) to test fit grading across diverse body types before mass production.

We offer an extensive material inventory: \n• Sportswear: Interlock polyester, breathable bird-eye mesh, dazzle cloth, 4-way stretch poly-spandex, and ripstop.\n• Activewear: 75/25 nylon-spandex, squat-proof brushed supplex, moisture-wicking compression, and seamless ribs.\n• Streetwear: 350–500 GSM heavyweight French terry, 100% combed cotton jersey (220–300 GSM), diagonal loopback fleece, and ripstop nylon.
We specialize in all commercial and premium decoration techniques including 3D puff embroidery, high-density screen printing, full dye-sublimation, silicone heat transfers, discharge printing, acid/mineral vintage washes, and reflective detailing.
Yes. We match your exact Pantone TCX or C colour codes using physical lab dips. You will receive physical lab dip swatches for review under standard D65 lightboxes before bulk dyeing begins.
Yes, we supply GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester (rPET from post-consumer plastics), and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified eco-friendly dyes upon request.

Standard bulk turnaround is 20 to 28 business days following sample approval and deposit confirmation. Rush production can be scheduled for seasonal sports schedules and retail drop deadlines.
Every production order follows an AQL 2.5 quality control protocol. Our dedicated QC inspectors monitor raw fabric inspection, cutting precision, in-line stitching tolerances (max ±0.5 inch), print curing fastness, and final iron-and-pack audits.
Yes. Every client tech pack, approved pattern CAD file, and fabric batch formula is archived in our ERP system. Repeat runs replicate the exact fit, stitch count, and trim specifications of your initial order.
Yes, third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS, Intertek, or QIMA) are welcome to inspect goods at our Sialkot facility before balance payment and dispatch.

Yes, Power Wear Industry ships to clients across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East daily. We handle complete commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificate of Origin documentation.

Yes. As soon as your cargo clears dispatch, our logistics coordinator provides full airway bill (AWB) or bill of lading (BOL) tracking credentials for real-time tracking.
Standard shipping quotes are EXW, FOB, or CIF where import duties and local taxes are cleared by the consignee. Upon request, we also provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to select countries including the USA and UK.

Never. We operate strictly as an OEM private-label manufacturer. All garments, neck labels, care tags, zip pullers, packaging, and exterior cartons carry exclusively your brand identity.
We create bespoke woven damask neck labels, soft silicone hem tags, printed satin care tags, embossed metal eyelets, custom aglet drawcords, branded matte frosted zip polybags, and barcode/SKU stickers.
Absolutely. We treat all client sketches, digital mockups, tech packs, and customer identities with strict non-disclosure. We are pleased to execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to project sharing.
We accept Adobe Illustrator (.AI), vector PDF, high-res EPS, and Photoshop (.PSD) files with all text converted to outlines. If you only have sketches or physical reference samples, our in-house pattern masters can digitize your tech packs.
Payments & Ordering Terms
Settlement options, deposits, milestones, and invoice processing.
We accept international Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), PayPal (ideal for fast sample fees), Western Union, and MoneyGram. Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) are supported for container-scale contracts.
Our standard bulk payment schedule is a 50% production deposit upon purchase order confirmation and tech pack sign-off, with the remaining 50% balance payable upon completion and pre-shipment quality audit photo/video inspection.
